Here's all the finer detail and smallprint for you - but it's not small print as we like to be completely clear and transparent.

ConcertTV Terms & Conditions

> ConcertTV viewers will be able to vote or nominate their chosen artist, with those calling in to vote age 18+

 

> Viewers of ConcertTV, wishing to purchase goods or services from our partners, such as food or beverages, must be of the required legal age to do so

 

> Callers using the ConcertTV Artist Nomination service to vote must have the bill payer’s permission. Calls cost £1.50 per minute plus network access charge. Callers must be 18+ and have the bill payer’s permission to use this service. Calls are capped at 2 minutes in length. The nomination phone line is operated by Mediatel.

 

> The phone lines for ConcertTV Artist Nomination service will operate on a weekly turnaround basis, with calls being harvested over a seven day period.

 

> The artist or band receiving the majority of nominations, will be publicised each week & a date subsequently confirmed , subject to the artist or band’s availability, for their appearance on ConcertTV.

 

> In the case of a nominated artist or band being long-term unavailable or, unwilling to appear despite the majority of viewers choice, the producers of ConcertTV, reserve the right to provide an alternative name.

 

> Viewers chosen at random, as winners of the 'Meet Your Heroes' competition, must be 16 years + to take part, or be accompanied on the day, by a parent or guardian.

 

> Viewers chosen as winners of the phone competitions on ConcertTV, must be available to attend the filming of the show, on the day of production.

 

> Winners of the 'Meet Your Heroes', will be announced each week, in conjunction with the announcement of the nominated artist.

 

> The payment entry mechanism to view ConcertTV, will be provided via our partners at Ticketco, with terms & conditions relating to refunds etc. as available to view on the website at www.ticketco.com

 

> Online ticket payment, will be available to purchase, well in advance of the date of the live show or event.

 

> The viewer’s entry code to enable access to the show, will be provided to the viewer, on their mobile devices.

 

> In the case of any planned show or event being cancelled, ConcertTV reserves the right to offer alternative dates

   for the production to be broadcast.

 

> If an alternative date for any cancelled shows or events cannot be agreed with the nominated artist or band, then

   a full refund of the online ticket purchase, will be offered to the viewer.


> All public performance of ConcertTV shows and events is prohibited and could lead to prosecution. Those wishing to show ConcertTV within commercial outlets such as public houses, halls and private membership clubs or associations must firstly obtain an IWT viewing permit.  Contact Us >>
